
Grappa di Moscato rosa
For the first time, with the 2011 vintage, we fulfilled our dream to produce a Moscato Rosa distillate.
The grappa is obtained from the water bath distillation in small copper-coated alembics of our fresh fermented grape pomace of Moscato Rosa. The whole-grade distillate, supervised by the skilled Gianni Capovilla, rests for almost two years before being diluted with pure spring water and bottled without adding anything else.
